12.2015 - REQUEST OF REFUND OF HERBERT'S MONEY - ABOUT A "LEGAL" BANK RAID

 

SV : I've put Herbert's money on the bank account of his sister, Ingrid Verbeke, already a long time (years) ago. 

REPLY : Sorry, according to Herbert that's only a part that has already been spent. Herbert talks about 25.000€ and 50.000€.
Have you put this money on his account of his sister? Your brother is now in the hospital and does not have long to live
without this money for an urgent operation. You brother is not insured against illness.

 

SV : Between 2005 and 2009 I paid him 40.000 €.
In 2009 and 2010 I paid 170.000 € to Ingrid Verbeke and 10.000 € to Herwig Verbeke to transmit the money to him. 
In 2010/2011 I paid monthly 500 € and since 2013 only 300 €. If he has spent all his money, than he has a problem.

He has nothing more to expect from me. Please don't bother me. I will not answer anymore. ***

 

REPLY : Sorry again, but this sounds very strange, saying that you have nothing to do anymore with Herbert but at the same time you're very silent about the 25.000€, and moreover you're talking about a refund of 50.000€ with 300€/month without interest, instead of an immediate full refund!

When you're telling me now that you are paying back 300€/a month - in a manner of chantage, I heard! - I suppose that you're indeed refering to the amount of 50.000€. Herbert told me that you needed to pay back all his money at the end of 2008 with interest and he never wanted you keeping it longer. He also never agreed to lend you further any money seen the circumstances, and so he still wants you paying him back urgently all his money with interest seen the fact that he's needing it now for an expensive medical assistance. But 300€ isn't even enough for paying the interest on 50.000€. And Herbert is also refering to the other amount of 25.000€ which you're withholding for damage done by a company which has no connection at all with Herbert and for which you got already restitution (1.000€) by justice. I cannot understand that you're taking 25.000€ from an innocent man without any order of justice while justice is giving you only 1.000€. Please note also the existence of QP-shares, which you also cannot deny. 

 

For me and as far as I know this affair, all this is also very strange because they told me that you sold a building for 800.000€ and now you're selling a residence for 550.000€. That's true big money from someone, who is criticising another person spending a very small part of this big money in the same periode of 7 years and in very difficult circumstances in a strage country due to you. What is also disturbing me is the fact that Herbert isn't only your brother but also the person who helped you with money and with full assistance during a long time you were in jail. Moreover I find it also very strange that you're using Herbert's money - now against his will and while he needs it urgently - without paying interest although this was agreed. Of course you will keep this and all his other money, when Herbert is dead soon due to missing the necessary medical assistance because you refuse to give back his money. I hope you will understand your responsability if you continue refusing to pay back immediately 75.000€ on his account on the name of his sister. In fact I wish to warn you that you've already given enough evidences that one can speak of an (attempted) manslaughter and even an (attempted) murder, and in this sense a plaint against you is being made up (30 years jail and even life sentence!) for a violent robbery with manslaughter.

So you're advised to let me know before the end of 2015 about the immediate payment of 75.000€.

 

And, without all these actual shocking circumstances, with 300€ / month you need 15 year to pay back 50.000€, meaning that Herbert (75!) needs to live almost until his 90 years. And seen the devaluation of money, Herbert also doesn't get all his money back when you refuse to pay the interest. Further while he needs his money now to survive, you know very well that you will get all his money now, certainly when he now doesn't survive. 

The total amount Herbert is requesting is in fact 350.000€ plus the 50.000€ from his mother, all this with interest, totaling more than the value of your residence. Concerning the 40.000€ you're talking about - not paid but paid back - , please note that Herbert is also rejecting this, because he lost all his properties including a campingcar for living, after you made a false and insulting plaint, that was rejected completely and immediately by the authorities, meaning that he never is and was a dangerous and/or deranged person, despite everything and everyone, especially you. And finally in 2009 you paid nothing back to start some refunds at the end of 2010, all without interest. We checked the truth by means of the emails.

 

*** THE EVIDENCE: SV says it clear: 1. that he knows the bad situation of Herbert, and 2. that he refuses to give him back his money to save him.
